FAQ

Will my PDF be uploaded to a server?
No. All page rendering happens entirely in your browser via PDF.js. Your PDF is never uploaded to a server, and memory is cleared on download or page refresh.
Are encrypted PDFs supported?
Encrypted PDFs are not supported yet. PDFs that require a password will fail to parse with a prompt — remove the password first, then upload and convert.
JPG or PNG — which should I choose?
JPG is smaller and great for viewing and sharing; PNG is lossless with sharper text edges, ideal for printing or further editing.
What is the page limit?
Up to 30 pages per PDF and 50 MB per file. Too many pages increase browser memory usage — we recommend splitting large PDFs first.
Does the conversion keep the PDF sharp?
Yes. Pages render at a high DPI by default, keeping text and lines crisp. You can choose an even higher quality for printing or zoomed-in viewing.
Can I convert only a specific page of the PDF?
Yes. Each page becomes a separate image after conversion, so you can download only the pages you need instead of saving the whole document.
