FAQ

Is this e-signature legally binding?
This tool places your signature as an image at the chosen position — a visual signature. That covers most everyday cases (acknowledgements, internal workflows); for legally binding digital signatures with certificate validation, use a professional e-signature service.
What if my drawn signature has a white background?
Signatures created by drawing or typing are transparent-background PNGs that never cover document content. If an uploaded image has a white background, remove it with a background remover first.
Can I sign multiple pages?
Yes. Switch pages and click to place again — one signature can be reused in many spots, and you can create several signatures (e.g. Chinese and English names) and switch between them. The list on the right shows page numbers.
Are my PDF and signature uploaded to a server?
No. Signature drawing, page rendering and PDF assembly all happen locally in your browser. Nothing leaves your device, and signatures are never stored on any server. Limits: PDF up to 50 MB and 200 pages.
